Overview

These Terms of Service apply when you visit virellostore.dk or purchase from Virello. By using the store, you agree to these terms together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

Orders and contract

Products placed in your cart are not reserved. An order is an offer to purchase. The contract is formed when we confirm that the order has been accepted. We may decline or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, information is clearly incorrect, or fraud is reasonably suspected. If payment has already been taken for a cancelled order, it will be refunded.

Please check names, delivery details, products and variants before submitting an order. Contact us promptly if something needs to be corrected; changes cannot be guaranteed after processing begins.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency selected for your market. The final price, delivery charge and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before payment. Payments are processed securely through Shopify and the payment providers offered at checkout. Virello does not collect card details inside the theme.

Products

We aim to describe and photograph products accurately. Colours and scale can appear differently depending on the screen and setting used. Minor variations that do not change a product’s essential function may occur. Product availability, specifications and prices may change before an order is accepted.

Delivery

Estimated delivery is normally 7–20 business days unless a different estimate is shown on the product page or at checkout. Estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Please see our Shipping Policy for current delivery information.

Withdrawal and returns

Consumers in the European Union have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for most online purchases, subject to legal exceptions. Virello additionally offers a 30-day return window from delivery for eligible items. Contact us before returning an item and follow the instructions provided. Items should be unused and returned in the condition received, with proof of purchase. See our Refund Policy for the process, exceptions and refund timing.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Inspect your order after delivery. If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos. Mandatory rights concerning defective goods are unaffected.

Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for providing accurate information. You may not misuse the store, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, scrape protected content, or use the services for unlawful purposes.

Intellectual property

The Virello name, visual identity, text, photography, graphics and theme content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. They may not be copied, republished or commercially exploited without permission, except where the law permits.

Privacy

Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Shopify and selected service providers process information needed to operate the store, take payment, fulfil orders and provide support.

Liability

We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful. Subject to mandatory law, Virello is not responsible for indirect loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made, or for delay caused by events outside reasonable control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Danish law. If you are a consumer in another country, you keep any mandatory protection granted by the law of your country of residence. Disputes should first be raised with us so we can try to resolve them.

Changes

We may update these terms to reflect legal, operational or service changes. The version published when an order is placed applies to that order unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
