Delivery

Virello delivers to the destinations available at checkout. Enter your delivery address at checkout to see the available service and final delivery charge for your order.

Estimated delivery time

Estimated delivery is normally 12–20 business days unless a different estimate is shown on the product page or at checkout. This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date. Weekends, public holidays, carrier delays and events outside reasonable control can affect timing.

Free delivery in Denmark

Delivery in Denmark is free on orders over 499 DKK. Any delivery charge for orders below the threshold or for another destination is shown before payment.

Order confirmation and tracking

An order confirmation is sent to the email address used at checkout. When tracking is available, a tracking link is sent after dispatch. Carrier tracking can take a little time to update.

Delivery details

Please check the recipient name, address, postal code and contact information before completing checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if something is wrong. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after processing begins.

Delays and undeliverable orders

If an order is materially delayed, tracking stops updating, or a parcel is returned to sender, contact us with your order number. We will review the carrier information and help with the next step.
