01How long does delivery take?

Estimated delivery is normally 7–20 business days unless a different estimate is shown on the product page or at checkout.

02When is delivery free?

Delivery in Denmark is free on orders over 499 DKK. Any applicable delivery charge is shown before payment.

03How do I track my order?

When tracking is available, we send a link to the email address used at checkout. Tracking can take a little time to update after dispatch.

04Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as possible. We will try to help, but changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered processing.

05How do returns work?

You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. Contact us before sending the item back so we can provide the correct instructions.

06What if my item arrives damaged?

Contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and help with the next step.

07Is payment secure?

Yes. Payment is handled through Shopify’s secure checkout. Virello does not collect card details inside the theme.
